The Swedish Agency for Higher Education Services is comprised of three main areas of operation: admission services, evaluation of foreign upper secondary credentials, and system development.
VHS is led by an advisory board consisting of members appointed by the government. The board is responsible for the agency’s operations. VHS’ director-general manages and leads the agency’s ongoing activities, in accordance with the advisory board’s directives and guidelines.
